Cinemanic is a social film network that allows users to write reviews and reactions, create and share lists, participate in debates, host and join watch sessions, publish original creative works including short films, screenplays, and creative writing, rate films, series, and the people who make them, and connect with other film enthusiasts. The Service may include features that are added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Cinemanic, including reviews, reactions, lists, debates, creative writing, and original films ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Cinemanic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service and for marketing purposes.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Cinemanic reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Film and television data displayed on Cinemanic is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and is used in accordance with their terms of use. Watch provider information is sourced from JustWatch. Cinemanic is not endorsed by or affiliated with TMDB or JustWatch.

The Cinemanic name, logo, and all related marks, graphics, and design elements are trademarks of Cinemanic. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of automated or bulk activity.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, votes, rankings, or other aggregate metrics.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
